Sometimes, we hurt so much and for so long that we forget how true happiness feels like. We all try to navigate life the best that we can. We all try to find that glimpse of hope every morning. Yet, sometimes it just feels impossible to know exactly what we are holding on to.

Since 2010, I have had the opportunity to help adults and children cope with depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, relationship problems and other disorders/disabilities. My practice focuses on rapport-building and applying scientifically-proven theories to help my patients achieve their goals.

I carefully design and implement empirically validated treatments to individuals, couples, and families. Some of the therapeutic orientations that I specialize in includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Person Centered Therapy.
